Module 9 - Resource on Viewing

I found this website for Pirates of the Caribbean, even though it does not have much to do with the movie it talks about the history of pirates. Most of you probably won’t enjoy it, but I have always liked pirates ever since I was a wee little lad. The best part was the facts, legends, and myths.

I liked your website. The best part was the facts and myhts. I didn’t know that walking the plank was made up in Hollywood. Thanks for the web page it had some cool information.

Robb, I wish I could have read your reading resource, but my browser crashed when I try to access it. Your viewing resource is incredibly interesting. I was very surprised to read that piracy still occurs today, but I suppose American news outlets largely ignore it. I love the quote from “A Pirate Looks at 40″. I am old enough to remember the tune quite well. I think it your resource is a very enjoyable article, and hopefully most people in the class will give it a glance and gain something from it.

This was a very interesting website, I like that you think outside of the box. I enjoyed looking through the web page, pirate life was brutal.

Robb, the website you found is actually really interesting. Like you said, even though it has nothing to do with the movie it was very interesting to read about pirates. I specially liked the part that mentions about how pirates chose their Capitan’s and that if the crew felt that their Capitan was not doing what was expected they would throw him overboard or if he was lucky they would let him off at the nearest port.
